The candidate will provide functional support to software clients, conduct training sessions, assist in implementation and gap analysis, and assign support calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for software to clients

Conduct training sessions for new clients

Assist with implementation and gap analysis

Assign support calls to the concerned personnel based on availability

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams

Requirements:
