Planning Engineer ( Iqama Transferable)

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Proven proficiency in Primavera P6 (certification preferred)

5–7 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling

Solid understanding of construction sequences and workflows

Preferably experienced in precast concrete projects

Excellent skills in MS Excel and reporting tools

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

Previous experience with GCC projects is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other planning tools

Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project baseline schedules

Prepare time schedules and cash flow forecasts

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates and reports

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to align plans with execution

Analyze delays or variances and propose effective mitigation measures

Ensure all planning activities are in line with client requirements and project specifications

Support in progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
