Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead and grow the aftermarket business for centrifugal compressors and steam/gas turbines in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in rotating equipment, proven sales leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset. This role focuses on driving revenue through spare parts, service contracts, overhauls, field services, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the aftermarket sector.
o Identify and pursue opportunities for spare parts, maintenance contracts, retrofits, and modernization.
o Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with customers including Aramco, SABIC, Ma’aden, etc.
2. Customer Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for all post-sales and service-related customer requirements.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely response, technical support, and service quality.
o Organize and lead regular customer visits, technical presentations, and negotiations.
3. Proposal & Contract Management:
o Lead the preparation and submission of technical-commercial offers for after-market solutions.
o Work closely with internal engineering, service, and commercial teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
o Monitor and manage contract execution to ensure timely delivery and compliance with terms.
4. Team Leadership:
o Supervise and mentor a team of aftermarket sales engineers or support staff.
o Collaborate with service managers and field service engineers to execute projects efficiently.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
o Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the region.
o Provide regular forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates to the management team.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in aftermarket sales for rotating equipment, specifically centrifugal compressors and turbines.
• Experience dealing with OEMs (e.g., Siemens, GE, MAN, Mitsubishi, Dresser-Rand, etc.) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, and Utilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal preparation.

Other Requirements:
• Saudi Arabia experience is highly desirable.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within the Kingdom and GCC (as needed).
• Valid Saudi/GCC driving license preferred.
