Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient OE Sales Manager to lead and grow the Original Equipment sales of Centrifugal Compressors and Turbines in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in rotating equipment, proven sales leadership experience, and a successful track record in managing large industrial projects, particularly in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for centrifugal compressors and turbines.
o Identify and target new customers, markets, and applications in line with company goals.
o Achieve assigned sales targets and market share growth.
2. Business Development:
o Lead technical and commercial discussions with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and end-users.
o Monitor and manage long-cycle sales processes including tendering, RFQs, technical clarifications, and contract negotiation.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at ARAMCO, SABIC, SEC, Ma’aden, and other strategic accounts.
o Conduct regular customer visits, technical presentations, and business reviews.
4. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with application engineering, proposal, execution, and service teams to ensure timely delivery of quotations and project commitments.
o Support contract execution by ensuring proper handover and involvement during critical stages.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
o Provide regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Master’s is a plus).
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment (centrifugal compressors, steam/gas turbines), including at least 3 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of OEMs, engineering standards, and specifications (API, ASME).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Existing network with ARAMCO, SABIC, and EPCs operating in the GCC is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid Saudi Driving License preferred.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with OEMs like Siemens, MAN, GE, Howden, Dresser Rand or similar.
• Previous role based in GCC, with understanding of regional sales cycles and regulatory requirements.
