Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks to customers professionally
Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service
Handle customer queries and complaints politely
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the service area
Requirements:
Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant preferred
Basic English or Arabic speaking skills; Malayalam speaking is a plus
Friendly, energetic, and customer-service oriented
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must have transferable iqama (for non-Saudis)
