we are hiring purchase coordinator and salesman immediately.
The Purchase Coordinator is responsible for supporting the procurement process by coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials required for the company's operations or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, delivery timelines, and product specifications.
Prepare and process purchase orders based on project or departmental requirements.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites or warehouses.
Maintain accurate purchase records and update procurement databases.
Communicate with storekeepers and site supervisors to monitor stock levels and consumption.
Follow up on delivery schedules, back orders, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budgetary limits.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality, price, and reliability.
Liaise with accounts department to ensure proper invoicing and payments.
SALESMAN
The Salesman is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to customers, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
