QC COATING INSPECTOR 3 NOS
Role & Responsibility
• Inspection of Coating activity.
• Handling inspection activities with client.
• Reviewing ITP, MS & Project Specification of Coating Work.
• Preparation of QC documents & Auditing records.
• Maintaining all product and Inspection instrument calibration or expiry dates etc.
• Maintaining Daily Record for all kind of inspection and reporting to senior.
• Reviewing MC dossier and submitting to client for final review and approval.
• Getting done all Quality document handover done from Subcontractor.
Eligibility Criterion / Requirement
Qualification : 'High School/University/Diploma

Expertise / Skill : 'Inspector shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards and critical coatings.
Inspector shall be certified to NACE CIP-I, SSPC –PCI-I, BGAS Grade-2 or equivalent as per SAEP-316.

Reference (Experience): ' 'Inspector shall be a High School graduate, or higher; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision. Inspector shall meet, as a minimum, overall 5 years of experience in related industry(e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects), 3 years of inspection experience and 2 years of Contract Scope of Work.

'Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
