Warehouse Manager

Location: UMM RAMOOL, RASHIDIYA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, optimizing processes, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.

Lead, train, and evaluate a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and performance.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales departments.

Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with company and legal regulations.

Operate and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for accurate tracking of inventory.

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders while minimizing delays and errors.

Maintain records of all warehouse activities and prepare operational reports.

Monitor and manage warehouse expenses within the approved budget.

Schedule regular maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery.

Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics.

Familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of health & safety standards and legal regulations.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.

Experience with ERP systems.

Forklift certification is an advantage.
