Key Responsibilities:
• Independently develop, manage, and update coordinated 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet design, construction, and client requirements.
• Review consultant and subcontractor models to ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
• Generate accurate shop drawings and construction documents from coordinated models.
• Maintain and update BIM logs, clash reports, and model reviews.
• Support construction and site teams with BIM-related queries and updates.
• Work closely with the BIM Manager or operate autonomously in the absence of one.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MEP coordination using BIM.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and coordination processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Civil 3D, or other BIM automation tools.
• Experience with international codes and BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Previous involvement in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
