We Are Hiring BIM Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation across major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing BIM strategy, standards, and coordination with project teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and enforce BIM execution plans and standards across all project phases.

· Coordinate with design, engineering to integrate BIM methodologies.

· Manage and review 3D models for design validation, clash detection, and constructability.

· Provide technical support, training, and leadership to BIM coordinators and modelers.

· Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards and client requirements.

· Lead coordination meetings and manage BIM documentation, version control, and data exchange.

Requirements:

· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or related field.

· Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM Manager roles

· Must have experience on Revit, Naviswork, Smart Plan 3D,(SP3D), Auto PLANT, Aveva E3D, and BIM 360 and related software.

· Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and other BIM international standards.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
