Administrator.
Brief Summary:
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and support to ensure the smooth operation of the project site office. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating communications, handling procurement tasks, and assisting site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Maintain and organize site office records, reports, and documentation.
o Coordinate with HR dept for Iqama renewal insurance etc.
o Should maintain the employee time sheet.
o Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, memos).
o Ensure all permits, licenses, and site documents are up-to-date.
o Assist in preparing project reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
o Maintain employee attendance, site access logs, and safety records.
o Assist in ordering and tracking office and site supplies.
o Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material deliveries.
o Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
o Act as a liaison between site staff, contractors, and head office.
o Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
o Support HR in onboarding new site employees.
o Arrange site accommodations, transportation, and catering if required.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Office Management.
Min 03 years of administrative experience required.
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Troubleshooting System Issues -Hardware/Software & Printer Issues.
Basic Salary: 3000 Sar
