Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating costs, managing project budgets, preparing tender documents, and ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and legal standards.
- Minimum Relevant Experience of 2 to 3 Years is MANDATORY - (Gulf Experience is Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work valuations for construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Perform cost analysis for maintenance and repair project work.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Measure and value work done on-site and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
- Monitor project progress and report on costs and any financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards and company procedures.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
