We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning. You will play a crucial role in guiding our financial decisions and ensuring the organization’s financial health. Additionally, candidates must be inside the Kingdom and ready for a transfer of iqama, and their current iqama should be transferable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow and financial risk.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
