A growing construction services company is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to help drive business growth, attract new clients, and promote the company’s range of construction-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients in the construction sector
Promote and sell services such as contracting, fit-out, MEP, or facility management
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and marketing materials
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical understanding
Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports
Attend construction exhibitions and industry networking events
Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years experience in sales or business development in construction services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
Valid driving license is preferred
