* 15+ years in metal recycling/manufacturing
* LEAN, KAIZEN, 5S, automation experience

2. Mechanical Engineer
* Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
* 8+ years in heavy industrial construction projects

3. Maintenance Equipment Supervisor
* 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance

4. Maintenance Foreman
* Technical Diploma in Mechanical Technology
* 5+ years in recycling, warehouse, or industrial maintenance

5. Senior Foreman
* Relevant hands-on leadership experience in heavy industrial settings

6. SHER Machine Operator
* SSC + Diploma in Machine Handling or Mechanical Operations
* 3–5 years in scrap metal processing, shear machines, or recycling plants

7. Electrical Engineer
* Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Electronics
* 2–3 years of experience
