About the Role:
As our Event Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of event operations — from concept to execution — for corporate and lifestyle events. This is a hands-on leadership position where your strategic thinking, vendor network, budgeting skills, and flair for creating memorable experiences will drive the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of events from start to finish
• Develop creative concepts tailored to client needs and company goals
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and teams
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders
• Build and mentor a team of event coordinators
• Ensure smooth on-site execution and post-event evaluations

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event planning and management
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced or start-up environments (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Based in Bahrain or willing to relocate
