Job Description:
We are hiring a **Proposal and Estimation Engineer** specializing in **Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems** for our Dammam office. The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender submissions for ELV projects, including:
- Structured Cabling (SCS)
- Fiber Optic Network
- CCTV & Security Systems
- Access Control
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Audio-Visual Solutions
- Data Center Solutions

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze project specs, BOQs, and drawings to create accurate estimates.
- Develop technical/commercial proposals for ELV tenders.
- Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi standards (Aramco, SEC, etc.).
- Support bid negotiations and client meetings.

### **Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s in Electronics /IT Engineering or related field.
- **3-5 years** in ELV estimation, preferably in Saudi Arabia/GCC/Middle East.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
