Proposal Writer – Oil & Gas Industry
Salary: USD 1,800 to 2,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements:
Proven professional experience with international Oil & Gas companies is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive and responsive proposals based on client requirements, aligned with the company's capabilities.
Draft contract agreements as needed.
Clarify any incomplete or inadequate information received from the client prior to finalizing proposals or contracts.
Clearly define responsibilities of both client and company within the proposal/contract.
Coordinate closely with Area Managers/Operations Managers regarding financial and technical aspects.
Ensure strict adherence to all submission deadlines.
Maintain contractual records in line with retention policies; dispose of them only with General Manager approval.
Experience with international Oil & Gas companies is preferred.
