Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to manage software installation, configuration, and troubleshoot technical challenges.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain software for internal systems and clients.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and update technical solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
• Solid troubleshooting skills with a background in programming (preferred languages: JavaScript, Python, or similar)

• Solid understanding of operating systems, database management, and network setups.
• Familiarity with tools like CRM, ERP systems, and remote troubleshooting.
• Basic fluency in Arabic and fluency in English.
