Job Title Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications "Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, BOQs, tendering, and cost estimation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills"
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC region
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review cost estimates and bills of quantities
Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate pricing
Monitor project costs and prepare regular reports
Evaluate subcontractor quotations
Ensure compliance with contract standards and cost control measures"
Requirement
