Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and Saudization (Nitaqat compliance).
Oversee employee relations, payroll, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
Lead training & development programs.
Handle grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Related filed.
Minimum 5-10 years relevant experience. (Construction Preferably in Saudi Arabia)
Expert in ERP Systems & MS Office.
Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws & government online portals.
HR certifications preferred.
Excellent communications in Arabic & English.
