Open Positions:

1. Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out
Responsibilities:
Oversee project execution from planning to handover
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

2. Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in execution and coordination
Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical submissions
Liaise with site team and vendors to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out or similar projects

3. Site Engineers – Fit-Out Execution

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Construction
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out

4. Estimator – Upholstery & Soft Furnishings

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for upholstery and fabric works
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements
Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and material options

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in estimating upholstery/soft furnishings
Strong knowledge of materials, measurements, and market rates

5. Joinery Draughtsman

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings for joinery and custom furniture items
Coordinate with design and production teams for accuracy
Ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards

Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting tools
3–5 years of experience in joinery drafting and fit-out detailing
