We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our factory team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the factory’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and record daily journal entries, financial statements, and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

Process payments, invoices, and handle petty cash transactions in accordance with company policy.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and final accounts.

Conduct audits of financial transactions and documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Track, manage, and report on assets and inventory, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.

Support VAT and tax compliance, including preparation of tax returns and related documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and perform regular database backups.

Assist with internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP) and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong understanding of Saudi financial regulations and VAT laws.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Preferred:

Experience with inventory and asset management in a factory or industrial setting.

Familiarity with local accounting standards and compliance requirements.
