Project Manager – Contracting (Civil & Mechanical) – Dammam
A leading contracting and trading company in Dammam is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager (Civil & Mechanical) to oversee and manage our ongoing and upcoming construction projects across the Kingdom.

Position: Project Manager – Civil & Mechanical
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Contracting / Construction / Industrial Projects
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage civil and mechanical construction projects from start to completion

Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure project delivery as per schedule and budget

Prepare project execution plans, progress schedules, and reports for senior management

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to obtain approvals and ensure compliance

Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company procedures on-site

Monitor and control project costs, resources, and procurement schedules

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Manage documentation, contract variations, and project close-out procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification is an advantage)

Minimum 8–10 years of proven project management experience in civil and mechanical contracting projects in Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of project planning tools, construction methods, and local regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and relevant construction software

Valid and transferable Iqama

Immediate availability is preferred
