Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Female Mechatronics Engineer to join our advanced technology division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in robotics, virtual/extended reality (VR/XR), artificial intelligence (AI), and the integration of IT/IoT systems. In addition to technical expertise, the candidate must possess strong instructional and training abilities, with proven experience in teaching or mentoring engineering concepts and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Robotics & Cobots:
o Lead the assembly, integration, and troubleshooting of industrial robots and collaborative robots (cobots).
o Program robotic systems using relevant languages and frameworks (e.g., ROS, Python, C++).
o Optimize robotic workflows and ensure system reliability and safety.
• VR/XR & AI:
o Develop, test, and integrate VR/XR solutions for industrial or educational applications.
o Apply AI algorithms to enhance robotic perception, navigation, and interaction capabilities.
• IT & IoT:
o Design and implement IoT architectures for smart automation and connected devices.
o Ensure seamless integration of mechatronic systems with enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Instruction & Training:
o Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and hands-on instruction for teams, students, or clients.
o Develop educational content, training manuals, and interactive modules for robotics, VR/XR, and AI topics.
• Project Leadership:
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on R&D, prototyping, and deployment projects.
o Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in:
o Robotics and cobot assembly, programming, and deployment.
o VR/XR development and application.
o AI implementation in mechatronic systems.
o IT and IoT system integration.
• Instructional Skills: Demonstrated ability to teach, train, or mentor in technical settings (industry or academia).
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, Java).
o Experience with robotics platforms (e.g., UR, ABB, KUKA, FANUC) and simulation tools.
o Familiarity with IoT protocols and cloud platforms.
o Knowledge of VR/XR development tools (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
o Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and in diverse teams.
o Creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Language: Proficiency in English (required); Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Attributes
• Experience developing educational or training programs in STEM or technical fields.
• Familiarity with industry standards in safety, cybersecurity, and compliance for robotics and IoT.
