A Contracting Company based in Riyadh – KSA is looking for Manpower Specialist.
Experience Required: 10 years or more in same or similar sector.
We are looking for a highly skilled Manpower Specialist with a strong focus on workers recruitment in the construction industry to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 10 years or more of hands-on experience in managing the recruitment and manpower needs of construction projects within the KSA, the company offering attractive benefits for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the recruitment process for workers across a range of construction roles, including laborers, technicians, and skilled tradespeople
-Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to understand labor requirements for ongoing and upcoming construction projects
Good knowledge of local markets for hiring temporary labors.
-Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of construction roles
--Maintain strong relationships with labor agencies, job boards, and recruitment channels to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates
-Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet the demands of ongoing and future projects
-Monitor labor trends in the KSA and construction market to advise on hiring strategies and recruitment best practices
