Consultant Office in Riyadh
I am seeking to recruit qualified professionals on behalf of a consultant office in Riyadh working on Operation and Maintenance projects for the Royal Commission. The following experienced and dedicated candidates are required to join the consultant team:
1- Maintenance Planning Systems Consultant (Maximo)
• Bachelor’s in Engineering
• 15+ years of experience
• Expert in IBM Maximo and other CMMS platforms
• Skilled in diagnosing and optimizing system performance
• Proficient in O&M task scheduling, training, and system management
• Must hold relevant certifications
• Fluent in English, with a strong sense of responsibility
2- Road Engineer
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years in road construction, operation, and maintenance
• Skilled in road specs and BOQ preparation
• Fluent in English, with 3+ years in similar projects in the Kingdom
3- Architect
• Bachelor’s in Architecture
• 10+ years in design, supervision, and plan/sample approval
• At least 2 years in renovation projects
• 3+ years in similar government projects in the Kingdom
• Fluent in English, team supervision experience preferred
4- Chemical Lab Engineer
• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering
• 8+ years in water lab supervision and chemical testing
• Skilled in sampling, analysis, and field supervision
• Fluent in English, with 3+ years in similar projects in the Kingdom
5- Mechanical Engineer
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years in mechanical O&M supervision
• Fluent in English, with 3+ years in O&M-related projects
6- Quality Control Engineer
• Bachelor’s in Engineering
• 10+ years in QA/QC, preferably in O&M projects
• Holds quality certifications, capable of QA planning and reporting
• Fluent in English, with 3+ years in O&M
7- Electronics Engineer
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years in electronics systems operation & maintenance
• Skilled in specs writing, equipment selection, and team management
• Fluent in English, 3+ years in similar projects in the Kingdom
8- Civil Building Engineer
1. For Civil O&M: 10+ years in operation and maintenance of buildings, interiors, networks, treatment plants, and roads
2. For Construction/Renovation: 10+ years in project execution, requalification, and cost estimation
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
• Fluent in English, with 3+ years in similar government projects in the Kingdom
9- Data Analyst
• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or AI
• 5+ years in data analytics, with specialized certifications
• Experience in government decision-making support
• 2+ years in similar projects in the Kingdom
• Fluent in English
10- Engineering Draftsman
• Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years in 2D/3D architectural and structural drawings
• Proficient in drafting, animation, and modeling software
• 2+ years in government projects in the Kingdom
• Fluent in Arabic and English
