A leading company in executing infrastructure projects (water, sewage, electricity, telecommunications, and computer systems) need hiring:

Job Title: Contracts & Studies Engineer
Location: Riyadh
Type of work: Full-time

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing tender documents and technical and financial contracts with high accuracy and quality.
- Analyzing project requirements, prices, specifications, and estimating quantities and costs.
- Preparing technical and financial proposals for the proposed projects.
- Following up on contract amendments and coordinating with technical and legal teams.
- Participating in contractual meetings and contract negotiations.
- Preparing periodic reports on the progress of contractual work and studies.

Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience of no less than [5] years in the field of studies and contracts for infrastructure projects (preferably specialized in water and sewage networks).
- Good knowledge of local and international contract systems and contracting practices.
- High skills in preparing reports and technical presentations.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer programs (such as AutoCAD, Excel, Primavera, or MS Project).
- Communication skills in Arabic and English.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد ومراجعة وثائق المناقصات والعقود الفنية والمالية بدقة وجودة عالية.
- تحليل متطلبات المشاريع الأسعار والمواصفات وتقدير الكميات والتكاليف.
- إعداد العروض الفنية والمالية للمشاريع المطروحة.
- متابعة التعديلات على العقود والتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والقانونية.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات التعاقدية ومفاوضات العقود.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم الأعمال التعاقدية والدراسات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن [5] سنوات في مجال الدراسات والعقود لمشاريع البنية التحتية(يفضل التخصص في شبكات المياه والصرف)
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة العقود والممارسات التعاقدية المحلية والدولية.
- مهارات عالية في إعداد التقارير والعروض الفنية.
- إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب ذات العلاقة (مثل AutoCAD، Excel، Primavera أو MS Project).
- مهارات التواصل باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
