A leading company in implementing infrastructure projects (water, sewage, electricity, telecommunications, and computing) announces its desire to hire a highly experienced and competent Infrastructure Projects Manager.

Job Title: Infrastructure Projects Manager
Location: Riyadh
Type of work: Full-time

Tasks and responsibilities:
Full supervision of infrastructure project implementation and ensuring their delivery within the specified timeline and budget.
- Managing work teams and contractors and coordinating between all relevant parties.
- Monitoring project execution from planning to delivery
- Preparing and reviewing project timelines and technical and financial progress reports.
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations.
- Assessing potential risks and developing plans to address them.
- Ensuring the quality of work and its compliance with specifications and contractual terms
- Representing the company before government entities and relevant parties in all matters related to projects.

Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience of no less than 7 years in managing infrastructure projects. (Preference for specialization in water and sewage networks).
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and local regulations related to infrastructure.
- Strong skills in planning, time management, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Preparing periodic reports for senior management and clients
- Following up on contracts and claims: with contractors and consultants.
- Cost control and providing economic solutions to reduce expenses.

- إدارة فرق العمل والمقاولين والتنسيق بين جميع الأطراف ذات العلاقة.
- متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع من التخطيط إلى التسليم
- إعداد ومراجعة الخطط الزمنية وتقارير التقدم الفني والمالي للمشاريع.
- التأكد من الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية والمعايير الهندسية والأنظمة المحلية.
- تقييم المخاطر المحتملة ووضع خطط للتعامل معها.
- ضمان جودة العمل ومطابقته للمواصفات والشروط التعاقدية
- تمثيل الشركة أمام الجهات الحكومية والجهات ذات العلاقة في كل ما يخص المشاريع.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البنية التحتية. (يفضل التخصص في شبكات المياه والصرف).
- معرفة شاملة بكودات البناء والأنظمة المحلية المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية.
- مهارات قوية في التخطيط وإدارة الوقت وحل المشكلات.
- إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل Primavera أو MS Project.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية للجهات العليا والعملاء
- متابعة العقود والمطالبات: مع المقاولين والاستشاريين.
- ضبط التكلفة وتقديم حلول اقتصادية لتقليل المصاريف.
