المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطط وبرامج السلامة والصحة المهنية في مواقع المشاريع.
- التأكد من التزام جميع العاملين والمقاولين بإجراءات السلامة المعتمدة.
- إجراء تقييمات دورية لمخاطر العمل وتحديث خطط السلامة بناءً على نتائجها.
- متابعة حوادث وإصابات العمل، وتحليل الأسباب وتقديم التوصيات الوقائية.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية الخاصة بالسلامة ورفعها للإدارة والجهات المعنية.
- تنظيم دورات تدريبية وتوعوية للعاملين حول معايير وإجراءات السلامة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الرقابية والتفتيشية وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة المعمول بها.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة السلامة أو الصحة المهنية أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن [3] سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية أو الإنشاءات (يفضل التخصص في شبكات المياه والصرف).
- معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ولوائح السلامة والصحة المهنية المحلية والدولية (مثل OSHA، ISO 45001).
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج التقارير الفنية.
- شهادة معتمدة في السلامة والصحة المهنية تعتبر ميزة إضافية (مثل NEBOSH، OSH، أو ما يعادلها).

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing safety and occupational health plans and programs at project
sites.
- Ensuring that all workers and contractors adhere to the approved safety procedures.
- Conduct periodic assessments of work hazards and update safety plans based on the results.
- Monitoring work accidents and injuries, analyzing the causes, and providing preventive
recommendations.
- Preparing technical safety reports and submitting them to management and relevant
authorities.
- Organizing training and awareness courses for employees on safety standards and procedures.
- Coordination with regulatory and inspection authorities and ensuring compliance with
applicable regulations.

Qualifications and requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or any related engineering
field.
- Experience of no less than [3] years in infrastructure or construction projects (preferably
specializing in water and sewage networks).
- Good knowledge of local and international safety and health regulations and standards (such
as OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using computers and technical reporting software.
- A certified qualification in occupational health and safety is considered an additional
advantage (such as NEBOSH, OSH, or equivalent).
