Responsibilities: المسؤوليات:
* Monitoring daily reports related to the work and maintenance of our facilities/systems. الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للعمليات والصيانة للمنشآت/الأنظمة الخاصة بنا.
* Developing general instruction programs aimed at reducing attack time. تطوير وتطبيق برامج الصيانة الوقائية لضمان الأداء الأمثل وتقليل وقت التوقف.
* Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently. استكشاف الأخطاء التشغيلية وحلها بكفاءة.
* Manage and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operating procedures. إدارة فرق الصيانة والإشراف عليها، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة وإجراءات التشغيل.
* Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance and maintenance activities. إعداد وتقديم تقارير مفصلة عن الأداء التشغيلي وأنشطة الصيانة.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان سلاسة العمليات.
* Identify opportunities to improve operations and reduce costs. تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات وتقليل التكاليف.
Requirements: المتطلبات:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or a related field). درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية، كهربائية، أو مجال ذي صلة).
* At least [2] years of practical experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in the [contracting field]. خبرة عملية لا تقل عن [2] سنوات في العمليات والصيانة، ويفضل أن تكون في [مجال المقاولات].
*Fluent in English. اللغة الإنجليزية .
*Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات، التحليل، والقيادة.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق متعدد الثقافات.
* Familiarity with international safety standards and best practices. الإلمام بمعايير السلامة الدولية وأفضل الممارسات.
