Job Description: Printer Technician

A printer technician responsible for maintenance and repair of printers, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring service quality for 45 printers per month, based on the project requirements.

Since the job requires traveling to different locations, flexibility in work is essential.

Vacancies Available: 4 Positions
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of various printer models (HP, Konica Minolta bizhub, Ricoh, DEVELOP).
- Provide technical support to customers via phone calls or on-site visits.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure timely service delivery with the highest quality standards.
- Prepare reports on printer conditions and customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- University degree or diploma.
- Practical experience in printer maintenance and printing systems.
- Good knowledge of printing technologies and related equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
