The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong design skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage design development from concept to execution. A solid understanding of local regulations, detailing, and site coordination is essential. Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must for interfacing with clients, consultants, engineers and contractors.
