Civil Engineering Technician – Road Works

Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Technician with a strong background in road works for infrastructure projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in road construction and maintenance and must hold a valid CRPEP license.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support road construction, maintenance, and repair activities
Assist in preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and project documentation
Conduct site surveys and ensure compliance with project specifications
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines
Prepare daily site reports and assist in material take-offs and quantity tracking
Ensure all roadworks meet CRPEP and Bahrain regulatory standards
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
CRPEP license (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in road works and infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, materials, and equipment related to road construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred)
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
