We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead complex high-rise developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and project coordination capabilities, ensuring seamless execution from pre-construction to handover.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management for high-rise buildings, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project progress and resolve challenges.
• Implement BIM technologies and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, QHSE, and industry standards.
• Manage FIDIC contracts, monitor variations, and address claims professionally.
• Oversee construction scheduling, cost estimation, and quality control procedures.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols and risk management strategies.
• Foster collaborative communication with clients, stakeholders, and site teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience. high-rise building projects experience is preferable
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract administration and project planning tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
