Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Assistant, located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the management of daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the operations management team. Tasks will include handling customer inquiries, maintaining operational procedures, and ensuring the efficiency of all operational processes. The role also involves data entry, coordination with different departments, and performing other tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the company.
The candidate must also be capable of:
Recruiting new workers
Managing on-site operations and supervising workers across multiple locations
Assessing and identifying manpower and material needs for both existing and new sites to ensure efficient operations and proper resource allocation
Qualifications
Experience in Operations and Operations Management
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry
Strong Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and organization skills
Valid Bahrain driving license is required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
Candidate must be of Indian nationality, specifically from Kerala
