Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns; facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies; assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
HR Administration: Maintain and update HR databases and systems; prepare reports as required.
Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring compliance with all local regulations; handle payroll records and respond to employee compensation inquiries.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• With valid transferable iqama and can join immmediately.
• Experience in the media industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
