Human Resources Manager

A reputed Multi sector Corporate is seeking a dedicated, organized, and efficient Human Resources Manager to join our team. The role is responsible for full-scope HR matters. He must be well versed in LMRA, GOSI and Bahrain law.

1. Provide full scope HR support, including but not limited to, employee relations, benefits, compensation, headcount, succession planning, and records retention
2. Enforce HR policies and best practices to support a growing business.
3. Manage business continuity ensuring consistent and constant communication with staff.
4. Work closely with management to ensure the proper people infrastructure is in place for succession purposes
5. Liaise with Project, Hotel, Sales. Operations management and other businesses to ensure SOPs, procedures, and expectations are clearly and consistently applied
6. Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS
