Operations & Maintenance Engineer – Rabigh Power Plant

We are currently hiring a qualified Operations & Maintenance Engineer for a Siemens Gas & Steam Turbine Power Plant in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Description:

Deliver high-standard plant operation services as per the O&M agreement

Lead long-term planning of plant operation and maintenance activities

Supervise plant operations (shutdown, start-up, normal operation) and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards

Respond to emergency conditions and coordinate with relevant departments

Train and oversee new personnel and promote a strong safety culture

Ensure safe work practices, including full implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures

Handle technical aspects of turbine systems including logic controls, mechanical, and electrical components


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Siemens SGT6-5000F and SST-5000 turbines

Solid understanding of turbine operations, upgrades, and safety systems

Experience with Permit to Work and plant safety protocols
