Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced B2B Sales Representative to manage and grow our frozen meat business across Jeddah and the Western Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B food sales, excellent client management skills, and a solid understanding of the frozen meat market. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients including wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, catering companies (HORECA), and supermarkets.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence in the Western Region.
Present and promote frozen meat products (beef, poultry, lamb, etc.) to meet customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the food or FMCG sector, preferably in frozen meat.
Strong network within the HORECA and food distribution sector in Jeddah and the Western Region.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
