Position: Sushi Chef
Nationality: Any Nationality
Qualifications & Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience as Sushi Chef or Line Cook.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• High School Diploma
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent Cooking & Knife skills
• Basic Food Hygiene Training / Advanced level is an advantage
• Time Management - to organize and prioritize daily responsibilities and be able to multitask.
• Be a self-starter and able to show initiative. Stress Resistance – to cope with high work load.
Other Requirements:
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 kgs and work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
• Flexible working hours and availability as per company requirements.
