Level Up, a leading real estate firm based in Muharraq, is seeking a **dynamic and experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive** to join our professional team.

### **Candidate Requirements**

* Must be currently residing in Bahrain
* Valid residence visa with immediate transfer availability
* In-depth knowledge of all areas within Bahrain
* Valid Bahraini driving license and own vehicle
* Fluent in English (reading and writing)
* Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel
* Strong experience in real estate sales, marketing, leasing, and property management

### **Job Responsibilities**

* Promote, market, and manage the sale and lease of all types of properties
* Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional service
* Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential leads
* Assist in executing marketing strategies for various property portfolios

### **Compensation & Benefits**

* Basic Salary: BHD 140
* Visa
