Job Summary:
We at DERNA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT COMPANY are seeking vigilant, reliable, and energetic Lifeguards to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will ensure the safety of all pool guests, enforce pool rules, and respond swiftly and effectively to any emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor pool area and ensure safety of all swimmers
• Enforce rules and regulations consistently
• Provide emergency care and treatment as needed until the arrival of emergency medical services
• Inspect pool equipment and report any unsafe conditions
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool area
• Attend and participate in regular training sessions and safety drills

Qualifications:
• Current Lifeguard Certification
• Strong swimming skills and physical stamina
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergencies

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior lifeguard or aquatic experience
