Hiring AR Accountant With Strong Excel & Reconciliation Skills

We’re seeking a highly capable and committed AR Accountant to join our fast-paced logistics company.
This is not a routine 9-to-5 role — we deal with extraordinary workloads and require someone who thrives under pressure and can contribute with precision, speed, and accountability.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end customer billing and receivables

Perform accurate reconciliations and follow up on outstanding invoices

Prepare aging reports and support financial reporting

Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

Handle documentation and tracking with high attention to detail

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

Minimum 2 years of AR experience (logistics industry preferred)

Strong command of Excel and Word is essential

Excellent reconciliation, communication, and organizational skills

Willingness to commit to late sittings when required
