Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in lubricants or petroleum products? We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Askar, Bahrain and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.
???? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, workshops, fleet operators, and industrial clients
• Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network across Bahrain
• Lead and supervise a team of sales executives
• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the lubricant or oil & gas industry
• Strong understanding of lubricant products and market segments (automotive, industrial, marine, etc.)
• Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Valid Bahrain driving license
