Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Meta Manager to oversee and optimize our Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) advertising and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of Meta’s advertising platform, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Meta advertising strategies to meet business objectives.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with Meta’s algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, and Pixel tracking.
Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Creative thinking for ad copywriting and visual content strategies.
