Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead and Inspire the Showroom Sales Team to exceed targets.
2) Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized furniture solutions.
3) Oversee visual merchandising and ensure showroom presentation aligns with brand standards.
4) Manage stock levels and coordinate with Procurement teams
5) Analyze Sales trends and implement Improvement Strategies
6) Train and develop staff on product knowledge and selling techniques

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Furniture Retail or a related Industry.
Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills
A keen eye for design and customer preferences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Customized Software and retail management tools
