Site Supervisor

Supervise the overall day to day, performance, co-ordination, management and maintenance of the agreed project to obtain

maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization upholding all aspects of compliance and

standards and adhering to budget and prescribed criteria.


Supervise the overall day-to-day and responsible for day-to-day planning and co-ordination of production levels, workers,

equipment levels and supplies.

· Ensures that HSE requirement prior, during and after the work is established. Contribute to training and development of

the team.

· Ensure that the team has a thorough knowledge of the assigned or given tasks.

· Responsible to monitor the attendance of the manpower for the allocated tasks and to ensure efficient operations.

· Responsible for the daily schedule of work/rotas.

· Oversee process and provide appropriate instruction to designated team

· Ensure adherence to all aspects of safety issues, including project equipment, and raise any concerns with Line Manager.

· Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and

safety

· Support and track the progress of the project. Collect data needed for the project report such as completed task, number

of assigned manpower, material consumed, number of used equipment, etc.

· Maintain accurate data/records/documentation as specified.

· Liaise with team/contractors/suppliers and other stakeholders

· Carry out allocated task/projects within prescribed time limits

· Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager

· Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls

· Adhere to all organization policies and procedures

· Set an example for team members of commitment, leadership, work ethics and habits and personal character
