A well-established Indian restaurant in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced professionals to join our growing kitchen team.
Open Position:
Tandoori Chef – Minimum 3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Proven experience in preparing traditional tandoori dishes (meats, breads, kebabs, etc.)
Strong knowledge of marination techniques and spice blending
Skilled in using tandoor ovens and maintaining tandoor hygiene and temperature
Ability to work in a high-paced, high-volume kitchen
Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with valid work authorization

A chef passionate about authentic Indian flavors, especially North Indian and tandoori specialties
Precision and consistency in execution
Attention to detail in preparation, cooking, and plating
A reliable and disciplined team player
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook all tandoori menu items to perfection
Manage tandoor oven operations, including cleaning, lighting, and temperature control
Ensure consistency, hygiene, and high-quality presentation for every dish
Support the kitchen team and maintain food safety standards
