Job Opportunity: Receptionist & Sales Lady - Rhythm Ladies Health Club

Rhythm Ladies Health Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist & Sales Lady to be the welcoming face of our club and a key driver in achieving our membership goals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care, managing daily administrative tasks, and actively engaging with potential and existing members to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care Excellence:
Be the first point of contact for all members and visitors, greeting them warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
Handle inquiries, provide information about our facilities, classes, and membership options with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Address member concerns and feedback promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist members with bookings, scheduling, and account management.

Point of Sale (POS) Management:
Process membership sign-ups, renewals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
Handle payments, generate invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage retail sales of gym-related products (if applicable).

Sales & Membership Growth:
Actively promote membership offers and packages to potential members.
Conduct tours of the facility and highlight the unique benefits of Rhythm Ladies Health Club.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into members.
Assist in achieving membership sales targets.

Administrative & Operational Support:
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, etc.).
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the club calendar.
Basic data entry and record-keeping.

Budget Meeting Support:
Assist in preparing reports and data for budget meetings as required.
Potentially participate in budget-related discussions and provide insights on sales trends.
Other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the club.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service and/or sales role, preferably within the fitness or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine interest in health, fitness, and women's well-being is a plus.
Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
